If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of a new sign(s) to replace.

RETURNS + CANCELATIONS

Due to the nature of our work and the fact that every frame and insert are cut to size once an order is placed, we do NOT accept returns. To cancel an order Rustic Culture must be notified no more than 48 hours after an order is placed.
Once shipped, no exchanges or adjustments will be offered. If you have any issues with your sign(s) once received please send us a message so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

FAQ

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on which product(s) you order. Signs are made to order, processing times are 5-7 days. Plus shipping time, dependent on which shipping method you choose. Candles are made ahead of time, as they have to cure. Processing times are 1 to 2 days, plus shipping time.

During the holiday seasons processing times can be longer due to influx of orders.

My tracking says "delivered" but I never got the package.

This happens more often than you think. If the tracking on your package says it was delivered, but it actually wasn't delivered you need to call the carrier, i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and let them know that you never received your package.

What should I do if a product arrives damaged?

If you receive your order and something has been damaged contact us immediately. Make sure you take pictures of the damage and the box it arrived in. Email all the information, including your order number to info@mybluelava.com. This way we can work as quickly as possible to rectify the problem for you.
