Refund policy

Blue Lava Company does offer returns for products that were damaged during shipping, duplicate orders. However, the buyer is responsible for the shipping return cost.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to help. Please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We require a picture of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your sign as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. If your order is damaged please report that here so we can quickly take care of you! If your package is lost, stolen or tracking is showing delivered when your package has not been delivered you need to immediately reach out to the shipping carrier to report this.

We accept cancellations ONLY if your order has not started production and you reach out within 2 business days. We ship orders within 3-7 business days so cancellations are not always possible. Any order requiring a cancellation after 2 business days (and has not started production) will incur a 20% restocking fee.
