FRAMES

All frames are stained with a premium wood stain. Each piece will have slight color variations due to the fact that no two pieces of wood will absorb stain the same way.

HANGING HARDWARE

All signs come with sawtooth hangers pre-installed. Larger, heavier signs will come with D-ring hangers pre-installed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please remember to double check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. All orders will be sent to the address on file, no exceptions. If you realize after placing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please message us right away with the correct address. THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT ORDERS SENT FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES.

Please check the tracking number online or go to your local post office with the tracking number. If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of a new sign(s) to replace. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Due to the nature of our work and the fact that every frame and insert are cut to size once an order is placed, we do NOT accept cancellations. 
Once shipped, no exchanges or adjustments will be offered. If you have any issues with your sign(s) once you received please send us a message so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
